Compass Collective Client Agreement
By purchasing and scheduling a session with Compass Collective, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing your booking.
Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
Single Sessions:
Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time via email to saki@selestialdrip.com
Limited to one reschedule per purchased session.
Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original appointment date.
All session times are in Pacific Time (PT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Packaged Sessions:
Each session within a package follows the same rescheduling policy as single sessions.
Packages must be completed within the timeframe specified at purchase (typically 4-6 months depending on package type).
Unused sessions within a package expire at the end of the designated timeframe and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
No-Show Policy:
No-shows (failure to attend without proper notice) forfeit both the session and payment with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of packaged services without refund.
Late Arrival:
Sessions begin at the scheduled time regardless of client arrival time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the practitioner reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session at their discretion with no refund or rescheduling option.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through our scheduling platform at the time of booking.
Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Services:
All services are non-refundable once purchased, including single sessions and packages.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are paying for the practitioner's time, expertise, and energy, which has been reserved specifically for you.
This policy applies regardless of whether you attend the session(s) or choose to discontinue services.
Package Upgrades:
If you upgrade from one package to another (e.g., from Elemental Directions to Transforming the Pith), your original payment is applied toward the upgraded package.
Upgrading consolidates all services into the new package. The original package terms no longer apply separately.
If you choose to end an upgraded package early, you forfeit all remaining sessions from both the original and upgraded packages.
Client-Initiated Termination:
If you choose to end packaged services before completion, all remaining sessions are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
This applies regardless of the reason for termination or the number of sessions remaining.
Choosing to end services is your decision and constitutes acceptance that no further sessions or refunds are owed.
Technical Difficulties:
If technical difficulties occur on the client's end, the session will still be considered fulfilled if the practitioner was present and available.
If technical difficulties occur on the practitioner's end, reasonable accommodations will be made to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time at no additional cost.
Service Disclaimer
Nature of Services:
Compass Collective services (including but not limited to astrology, astrocartography, energy work, and spiritual consultation) are provided for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.
Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.
No Guarantees:
No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or life changes from sessions.
Spiritual and energetic work is inherently subjective and results vary by individual.
Client assumes full responsibility for how they choose to implement or utilize information received during sessions.
Informed Consent:
By booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are participating voluntarily.
You understand that energy work and spiritual practices may bring up emotional or psychological material and agree to seek appropriate support if needed.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Practitioner's Intellectual Property:
Session recordings, personalized materials, written resources, and other content provided remain the intellectual property of Compass Collective.
Materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Client Confidentiality:
Information shared during sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
The practitioner may use anonymized examples from client work for teaching or promotional purposes but will not share identifying details without explicit consent.
Practitioner Rights & Client Conduct
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service:
The practitioner reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at any time if client behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, harassing, threatening, or unethical.
Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: verbal abuse, sexual harassment, persistent boundary violations, or failure to respect practitioner's time and expertise.
In cases of practitioner-initiated termination, a prorated refund for undelivered sessions may be issued at the practitioner's sole discretion.
Client-initiated termination does not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
Scope of Practice:
The practitioner operates within their scope of expertise in astrology, energy work, and spiritual consultation.
The practitioner will refer clients to appropriate professionals when issues arise outside this scope.
Dispute Resolution
Direct Communication:
Any concerns or disputes arising from services provided should first be addressed through direct email communication with the practitioner.
The practitioner will make good faith efforts to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Binding Arbitration:
By purchasing services, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Arizona state law.
You agree to limit any potential claims to the amount paid for services rendered.
Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to these services.
Modification of Terms
Compass Collective reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Terms in effect at the time of your booking govern your specific transaction.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By scheduling and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have:
Read and understood these terms and conditions in full
Agreed to be bound by these terms
Confirmed you are at least 18 years of age
Understood that services are non-refundable
Accepted responsibility for your own choices regarding implementation of information received
